Most indoor benches are wood, or they have at least some wood in them. The first thing to think about when selecting a bench is the type and color of the wood you already have in your home. If the bench will go in a room where you have other furniture, try to match the wood of the bench with the other pieces. If it will go in an entryway or hallway, then think about what other things are around them. You can match an indoor bench to kitchen cabinets or bathroom cabinets, wood trim, or just about anything else in your home. You just dont want the bench to look out of place.
Neither of these methods is better than the other. If you have been following the most common method of just lying straight down on the bench and pressing, it may seem strange that either of them is helpful or beneficial to a big bench press. You should experiment with both and find out which one helps you get into position more easily. The method that allows you get the best foot placement and best body position in relation to the resting barbell is the one you should choose. Dont worry if this is still confusing; the rest of the article will make clear what these starting methods have to do with getting a good setup.
When choosing a piano bench style, one must consider four things: The type of seat desired, the leg style that will best compliment the piano or the room, the color of the wood and the finish of the wood. Sometimes, piano enthusiasts desire a bench with a padded seat that is more than a slip-on fabric pad. They want a bench with an upholstered top in either leather or vinyl. These are available in a variety of colors in either a beautiful smooth or tufted top. As many styles of legs as there are styles of pianos, are available to coordinate with the make and model of the piano or simply to add some pizzazz to the look and feel of the room! There are leg styles to match all of the major piano manufacturers or simply choose a completely different style to suit your own sense of fashion.
